New build, three storey, steel frame structure on the abandoned site of the original 12 acre, Grade 2 listed, former Springfield Brewery.
The new build elements are designed to complement the existing retained building and to wrap around the existing clock tower which is being sensitively restored as part of the project. The 7,900 sq metre facility will provide space for up to 1600 students.
