The Common Assessment Standard, or CAS, has been designed by leading practitioners to improve efficiency and reduce cost in the construction pre-qualification (PQ) system. CAS comprises an industry-agreed question set based on existing PQ questionnaires, including PAS 91, and desktop and site-based assessment standards.
